Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Polaris (polaris.glie.ai), the internal operating platform of Glie ("glie", "we", "us"), a technology studio. Polaris is used only by glie staff, by invitation. By signing in to Polaris or connecting an account to it, you agree to these terms.

Using Polaris

Polaris is for glie's own work. You may connect only accounts that glie owns or that you are authorised to manage for glie, and publish through them only what glie has approved. You agree not to misuse or disrupt Polaris, and not to try to reach what you were not given access to.

You are responsible for what you publish through Polaris, and for following the rules of each platform you publish to.

Connected platforms

Polaris uses YouTube API Services. By using Polaris's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Your use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn through Polaris is also governed by each platform's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those platforms.

Your data

How Polaris handles data is described in the Privacy Policy. How to remove Polaris's access to an account, or have its data deleted, is on the data deletion page.

Intellectual property

Polaris, the glie name and logo, and their content belong to glie or its licensors. These terms give no right to use them beyond using Polaris for glie's work.

Provided as is

Polaris is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will run without interruption or error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, glie is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from the use of Polaris. Nothing in these terms limits liability the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date above changes, and continuing to use Polaris after that means accepting the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any dispute about them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory rights you have where you live.
