Data Deletion
Last updated 14 September 2026
Polaris (polaris.glie.ai) is glie's internal operating platform. glie staff connect glie's own Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, YouTube channels, TikTok accounts and LinkedIn Pages to it, to publish glie's posts. This page explains how to remove Polaris's access to an account, and how to have the data Polaris holds about it deleted.
Remove Polaris's access
- In Polaris — a member of glie staff disconnects the account. Its tokens are deleted at once, and for YouTube, Polaris's access is also revoked at Google.
- Facebook and Instagram — Polaris connects both through Facebook Login, so its access is removed in your Facebook settings, under Business integrations.
- YouTube — remove Polaris on the Google security settings page.
- TikTok and LinkedIn — remove Polaris in the connected apps section of your account's settings.
Removing access stops Polaris from acting on the account. It does not delete what Polaris already holds: the account's identifier and name, and the ids and links of the posts published through it, which stay as the record of what was published.
Have the data deleted
Email privacy@glie.ai with the subject "Delete my data", and name the account — the Page name, the @username or the channel — so we can find it.
We delete the account's identifier, name and tokens, and the ids and links of the posts Polaris published through it, within 7 days, and confirm when it is done. We may keep the minimum a legal obligation requires, and will tell you if that applies.
How Polaris handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
